ii)  Age Criteria: Children born between 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 will ONLY be eligible for Admission to Nursery, during the Academic Year 2025 – 26.
iii)  Once You submit the online form,a copy of the form will be sent to the email Id, that you enter under Father's name.
iv)  Please don't use Internet Explorer while submitting this form,use Firefox or Google chrome.
v)  Supportive doucments:- special character are not allowed in the File Name (Only underscore and space allowed) and Only .jpg,.jpeg,.gif,.png,.JPG,.JPEG,.GIF,.PNG,pdf kind of file are allowed.

N.B.: RENT AGREEMENT MADE ON THE NOTARY STAMPED PAPER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF RESIDENCE. If you are submitting Rent Agreement, it has be a Registered one, having seal of SDM, with the Appropriate Stamp Duty and having the name of either one of the Parent.
